Privacy at Tamna

This notice explains how the Tamna internal candidate and planned first public release handle information. It will be updated before launch if the product scope changes.

Information we handle

Account and identity details such as name, email address, role, and sign-in security data; doctor directory and availability information; scheduled appointment details and status; and limited technical and security logs such as IP address, device or browser details, and request events.

Why we use it

To create and protect accounts, verify authorized roles, help patients find doctors, coordinate scheduled appointments, provide support, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing and sale

We use vetted infrastructure providers to operate Tamna and may disclose information when required by law or needed to protect users. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the service, security, legal, and migration purposes. We use access controls, encrypted transport, environment separation, audit controls, and restricted production access, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information, subject to legal and operational requirements. Existing Tawari users will receive specific migration choices before any real-user transfer or activation.

Current release boundaries

The internal candidate does not provide diagnosis, emergency care, payments, messaging, video consultations, prescriptions, or clinical-record storage. Those capabilities are not represented as available in this release.
